M.S. in Business Analytics (MSBA)

The Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA), housed in the department of marketing, is an interdisciplinary STEM program that offers hands-on application of data analysis with deep exposure to SAS® platform as well as training using other tools (such as Tableau, Matlab) and programming languages such as R and Python along with a unique blend of coursework in Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, MIS and Industrial Engineering. It is rated as 13th best program in the country by TechRepublic.

“In the last ten years due to rapid advances in computing power and the availability of all kinds of data (not just numeric but text, audio, video, etc.), there has been a strong demand for graduate students trained in how to analyze these different types data and create solutions in a diverse range of industries including finance, retail, health sciences, oil & gas and so on. We started addressing this market demand in 2004 through nationally recognized graduate data mining certificate programs that have graduated 750+ students in the last 10 years.
